PRIVATE SESSIONS

As a professional dancer, I understand the confidence that comes with feeling connected to your body. My workout is designed to tap into your instinctual connection to rhythm and movement while challenging your strength and endurance. I use a combination of light hand weights, ankle weights, gliders, resistance bands and PIlates rings to sculpt and tone the body, focusing on complimenting the female figure.

I offer one-on-one training in-person at my studio in west LA,

or virtually on Zoom.

Private training sessions are $200/hour.

Together with Nicole Haworth, I've created

The Workout LA, an online studio offering virtual classes and workouts on-demand.

Our classes are inspired by dance and Pilates and set to high energy music designed to make you move with intention as you sculpt long, lean muscles.
