ALT method is a dynamic virtual fitness platform dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I'm proud to offer a diverse range of workouts, including Pilates, barre, and HIIT.
I believe fitness should be empowering, not punishing, and that woman should strive to be strong and healthy, not skinny. There is an alternative path! That's why I created the ALT method. My workouts are designed around the movements of dance and Pilates, but are straight forward and effective for all levels of fitness ability.
